Important Notice
By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending IDSW 2026, whether in-person or virtually, you enter into a legally binding agreement with PERKODI and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant”, “Attendee”, “Speaker”, “Sponsor”, or “You”) and Perkumpulan Pengrajin Kode Indonesia (PERKODI) (“PERKODI”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), the organizer of Indonesia Software Developer Conference (IDSW 2026).
These Terms apply to all participants attending in-person sessions at Usmar Ismail Hall, Jakarta, as well as participants joining virtual sessions, workshops, networking channels, and related conference activities. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register for or attend the event.
2. Registration & Tickets
- Registration Required: Valid registration through our official ticketing platform (TipTip) or official complimentary pass distribution is required for admission.
- All Sales Final: Ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly provided in these Terms or under exceptional circumstances approved at the sole discretion of the organizers.
- CFP Speaker Refund Exception: Attendees who purchased a ticket and are subsequently accepted as conference speakers are eligible for a refund upon request prior to the event.
- Right of Refusal: PERKODI reserves the right to deny or revoke participation to anyone who violates safety policies, commits fraud, or fails to adhere to the event Code of Conduct.
3. Code of Conduct
All participants, including in-person and online attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff, must strictly abide by the event’s Code of Conduct:
- Respect others: Discrimination or harassment of any form is prohibited.
- Follow all instructions: Comply with all instructions given by event staff.
- Priority: The safety and comfort of all participants take precedence.
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the conference without refund.
4. Livestreaming & Recording
- By attending, participants consent to image, audio, and video recordings of sessions.
- Recordings may be used for live streaming, archives, or promotional purposes.
- If participants prefer not to be recorded, they must notify organizers in advance via idsw.ticketing@perkodi.org.
5. Photography & Media Use
- Event photos or videos featuring attendees may be used for marketing and archival purposes.
- Participants are deemed to consent unless they opt out in writing beforehand via idsw.ticketing@perkodi.org.
6. Liability & Warranty
- Activities are provided “as is,” without warranties.
- Organizers (PERKODI and its partners) are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft during the event.
- Attendees bear responsibility for their own belongings.
7. Privacy & Data Usage
- Personal data collected (names, contact info, speaker bios) will be used for event administration and communication.
- Data usage must comply with Indonesian data protection regulations (UU No. 27/2022 / UU PDP).
- Participant data may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g., livestreaming platforms) where necessary.

8. Changes & Cancellations
- Organizers may change the event format, schedule, or content at their discretion (e.g., due to unforeseen events).
- In case of partial or full cancellation, attendees/speakers will be informed promptly and offered alternatives (e.g., virtual options or refunds).
- Organizers are not responsible for external costs incurred (such as travel or accommodation).
9. Force Majeure
Organizers are not liable for failure to hold the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government orders, pandemics). Alternative plans or refunds may be offered at the organizers’ discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
- Speakers retain ownership of their content (slides, code, etc.).
- Attendees are granted non-commercial rights to access and use shared materials.
- Organizers may request permission to publish or share these materials post-conference.
- “IDSW”, “Indonesia Software Developer Conference”, and associated logos are trademarks of PERKODI.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under Indonesian law. Any legal action will be tried in the Jakarta courts.
12. Amendments
Organizers may amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the official IDSW website (idsw.dev); attendees will be notified via email.
